If all the color on clothes weren’t enough, now its your hair’s turn 
Be it pastel or neon, dip dye or all over color, colored locks are the next big thing – not just on the streets but on the runway, on celebs and editorials as well. It is a cool fun look,and can look fab if done right. You can tone it down to a few streaks of color, or go all out and stop some traffic… Is this something you would try? Me? If only I had lighter hair
