Our lives are steeped in routine…. And while a routine can help you stay disciplined, it can bore your pants off you! ( yes I came up with that 😛 ). Adding a little twist once in a while to your regular way of life can cheer you up without even you realizing. Try adding kale in your smoothie even if you hate anything green…Switch your no-fat, no carb, no nothing breakfast for a buttery croissant… Take off on a jog even though you usually like sleeping in an extra 30 mins…try ice skating even though you realize you look like a drunken penguin( this one’s me).. step out of your comfort zone.. It won’t kill you, monotony will. Enjoy the weekend 🙂
