This may as well be part of my previous B/W challenge because my gold silk blouse looks white( albeit a very dirty white) on here..:P I digress yet again.. I think I look like a ridiculous human penguin in most jackets but I do have a soft spot for a trench. It makes me feel like I have an important place to be at 😛 and less frumpy( I am looking at you puffer) which makes it perfect to wear when you need a boost! like .. today and everyday after 😀 Happy weeekeend!
With Christmas/ New year around the corner, you probably have a flurry of parties lined up in the coming weeks:) Time to temporarily stow away the “dark” clothes and pull on some sparkly threads. But carrying off a “all out” bling outfit might be intimidating for some of us which is why I have pulled together some inspiration. Irrespective of what you wear, make sure you put on that dazzling smile and you will be just fine 🙂 Wishing all of you a very very happy holiday! 😀 1. Neutrals+texture+ Sequinned collar2. Sequins+plaid3. Sequins+ sharp tailoring4. A touch of sequins5. Sequins+Neutral sweater+ black tights6. Sequin blouse+ Leather7. A pair of sequinned tights for the brave 🙂8. A sequin jacket when you want to go all out 🙂9. Or if all fails, pull on a sweet little sequinned bow 🙂

True that. Several bold jeweled pieced on the streets, statement chunky jewelry on practically every blog subject , and tonnes of editorials featuring in your face accessories later I feel like I need a breather! These delicate ,fine, almost wispy looking jewelry show you that you don’t need to always go dramatic to make a statement 🙂
Maybe it’s the impending olympics, but gold appears to be a thing right now. Case in point metallic nails are everywhere .. and no one’s complaining. 🙂 Metallics were once a hot pick for winter and restricted to the evening, but that seems to be a thing of the past. Gold can (silver and sequins get their own post 😉 ) effortlessly translate from day to night and how!
