I recently celebrated my birthday…. ahem obviously growing older doesn’t please me :P….so I thought it would be fitting to  rebel wearing a denim romper no less while celebrating around town! Let’s be honest I haven’t worn a romper in maybe forever but now I know what I am missing out on 😛 Rompers are so easy to pull on,  perfect for summer, a great alternative to your shorts,  and my favorite part- I don’t have to sit like a lady 😛 Maybe Ill buy another one over the weekend? 😉 Happy friday!

As cyclical as fashion is, I am sure each of us have a mini list of trends we wished never came back…In my list of “I’d rather die than wear them” trends, overalls occupy a comfortable place.:P I remember wearing one when I was eight and I think got called teddy bear at least 6 times and I have sworn off them ever since. And they seem to be coming back on the stores and on the street… Somehow I don’t resent them as much anymore despite the fact that they seem to look great only on a certain body type – read leggy, slim, not so busty or teen ;). But let’s not lose heart. Something tells me the overall dress or a printed version might be easier to conquer 😉 Also remember to buy them slightly bigger or in a slouchy fit …. you’ll see why right below 🙂
